I am new to Wordpress. I have been given a task to make an already running non-responsive website (not done using wordpress) into responsive. I heard websites can be turned into responsive using wordpress & it will save a lot of time. Please tell me how to do this? I tried zipping my website folder and upload it as a theme, but it didn't work out well.
