I have a responsive theme that works well in every case except in portrait mode on cell phones (GS4, iPhone). The layout is fine in landscape but once the phone is turned to portrait it seems the "responsive" features are removed for all the pictures and content on the page. You can access it here and notice that as the browser window is dragged smaller it looks good until a certain (smallest) pixel width:
