I am new at this so I apologize if this has been answered or I am not understanding something already written.
I don't want to pay for any logo creating software. Instead of having a logo on the responsive theme where it says "responsive" I would just like to insert some text or a quote. Is their anyway to do this? It seems it just wants you to upload a logo of 300 x 100.
If not, does anyone know a free website that allows you to create a logo AND download it in the proper format, the PNG file. I find free ones but they won't let me download.
I appreciate any help.
