tgd on "[Theme: Encounters Lite] Bootstrap navigation elements"

I love this theme, especially the inclusion of Bootstrap. My question is this: Does this theme include the Bootstrap tabbed nav component? I'd like to include a tabbed element, and would like to use Bootstraps tabs.
