My front page shows up

the only place i can edit it is from Theme options/Home Page
That doesn't offer the tools such as cke editor plugin that i use to make all the
script/written words the same style, color and bold it.
The only place i can navigate to that page Hello Shoppers, with electronic device picture on it is from the above mentioned Theme options.
1. How can i get that page listed on pages, it does come up when I click HOME on the menu i created.
2. if i can do that i can edit it with the plugins i have installed, if not how do i edit page script, style etc.
3. How can i edit the style of the titles for the pages, and Home page? to match the other writing.
